Welcome to the yoga side of Experience This Next. Yoga is a means to experience life on a physical, mental and/or spiritual level. To me, yoga is about the journey inwards and is an excellent way to improve yourself as a person. I believe that yoga is something that can be practiced at any point in life, either alone or with others and is for any BODY. 

 Teaching yoga is something that I started recently and I am happy to welcome you into the world of yoga. Feel free to take a look at the calendar below for upcoming in person and virtual classes as well as special events. 

 I have been practicing yoga for the last 10 years and just recently acquired my registered yoga teacher certification (RYT-200). I will be teaching beginner classes to introduce yoga, (standard Vinayasa flow sequences). Yoga is part of my overall wellness journey and I created a private community called ‘The Wellness Trip’ to share about yoga classes, special events, trips, as well as info and inspo on all things wellness in Toronto and on my travels abroad. Each year I hope to go on a wellness trip and also highlight the personal journey of going inwards as well as experiences shared with the community.
